Trevi Fountain, Rome
 
I perch on the edge of the stone platform, crossing my legs over each other while I flip through the travel brochure I had picked up earlier this morning on the trip out of Rome. This morning I was at the Trevi Fountain, one of the most magnificent pieces of Baroque architecture in history.
The photos I had seen in the travel brochure didn't do it justice though. The huge structure towered over me, with its intricate carvings of what I assumed were ancient gods, in fact, I was pretty sure I could pick out Neptune.
There is a small crowd of people around the fountain, popular, though not uncomfortable. Mostly tourists I assume, doing the same as I am doing, coming to see one of Rome's most notable landmarks. I watch as I see a family near me throwing a couple of gold coins into the depths of the blue pool. I watch for a second as the money settles, and one of the girls closes her eyes, silently wishing for something.
I pull a couple of the 20 cent coins I had left over from my coffee earlier on. Clutching them in my hand, I throw them a short distance into the water before me, closing my eyes briefly, as I wish for the first thing that comes to mind: maybe that nice perfume I saw in the Parlour yesterday?

So this is my first time using the app on my phone!! I finally worked out how to use it wow! The way that you can rotate the objects and everything is so amazing! But they don't have the colour or music section :( oh well. So this is my first set using it, please keep in mind I haven't got the hang of it yet, but I will be practicing more!!
In other news, gahhhh school tomorrow :(

Hmmmm letting my little Harry Styles obsession show a bit maybe? ;) I'm really bored and need to start doing some school work because I only have a few days left of holidays :( FML.....

Also, can anyone give me any tips on how to use the polyvore iphone app? I downloaded it on my phone a while ago but when I tried to use it it was so hard and wouldn't let me rotate objects etc. I'm so confused as to how people manage to make these amazing intricate sets on them!
